Cancellation and Refund Policy

AcquireJobSkills (JunoVortex) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy for applicable products. However, please read this policy carefully as specific restrictions apply to digital products.

Digital Products - No Refund Policy:

For all digital products including AI prompt packages, documents, templates, and downloadable content, NO REFUNDS will be provided under any circumstances. Once payment is completed and you receive access to the digital product, the sale is final.

Cancellation Policy

Under this policy, cancellations will be considered only under the following conditions:

For Physical Products (if applicable):

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of placing the order
  • However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them
  • AcquireJobSkills does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.

For Digital Products:

  • NO CANCELLATIONS are accepted for digital products once payment is completed
  • As digital products are delivered instantly via email, cancellation is not possible
  • Please review the product description carefully before making a purchase

Refund Policy

Digital Products (AI Prompts, Documents, etc.):

Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be provided for:

  • AI prompt packages
  • Digital documents and artifacts
  • Downloadable templates
  • Any other digital content

Physical Products (if applicable):

Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

Damaged or Defective Items

For physical products only:

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team
  • The request will be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end
  • This should be reported within 1-2 days of receipt of the products
Note for Digital Products:

If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact our support team at acquirejobskills@gmail.com. We will help resolve access issues, but refunds will not be provided.

Product Quality Concerns

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations:

  • For physical products: You must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1-2 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision
  • For digital products: No refunds will be provided based on subjective quality concerns. We encourage you to review product descriptions, samples (if available), and reviews before purchase

Warranty Products

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them directly.

Refund Processing Time

In case of any refunds approved by AcquireJobSkills (for applicable physical products only):

  • It will take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed
Processing Time:

Please allow 9-15 business days from the approval date for refunds to reflect in your account. The actual time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
